Week 4: In Which Francesca Gets PISSED and there is much swearing

Trends: Dancewear, neon, cutouts, underwear as outerwear, shoulder pads, 70s flare, zoot suit, over alls, pleather, fringe, poodle skirt, oversized sweaters
Um just a note 70s flare keeps coming back.
BTW points for Steven’s Tim Gunn impression, it makes me giggle.
To the RUNWAY:
Team Jillian (Overals, poodle skirt, 70s flare): I have to give it to them they really made it work to the best of their abilities. Its very hard to put a pair of overalls on a woman and make her not look pregnant. They manged it. But OMG Kevin’s shorts rock it, they really do. I wish I could pull that kind of leggie look off.
Team Chris (Shoulder pads, baggy sweater, dance wear): I liked this collection. Did I think it had a win win win all over it. No I’m afraid not. However I liked each piece, mebbe that’s my problem I didn’t look as a whole but as a group of individuals. I’m not crazy about the turtle neck on Sweet P’s piece but I thought the hem of that dress was adorable. Overall a strong well made group.
Team Christian (Pleather, Zoot suit, fringe): Its very fashion forward and a strong collection but seriously WHERE THE HELL is the Fringe?
Team Ricky (neon, underwear as outerwear, cutouts): OMG what a trainwreck. Its not cohesive, it doesn’t look good at all. Its just a big ol’mess. I think Ricky’s finally signed his warrant and will be auf’d at this time.
What? Right to the winner? And Team Jillian?? Okay I really thought there might be a little more deliberation here on this one.
The bottom two: Chris and Ricky
And Auf’d is rick. .. no WTF its Chris. THAT IS BULLSHIT. BULLSHIT. 3 of the last four challenges Ricky has stood before us with his little ratty hat. I’ve let him slide time and time again. HOWEVER FUCK THAT SHIT. Ricky has only sent one well made finished garment down that runway, it doesn’t matter that Victorya was a shrew or that he was helping other people. He sent an unfinished, boring item down that runway. Who is he screwing to stay on the show that long? WHO!!????
Good bye Chris, you sent a well made garment down that runway, sure it wasn’t what the judges wanted but it was finished. Good luck Chris, and remember most of us think Nina Garcia is a cow.
